Click “Exchanges” to begin the process and proceed by selecting the item(s) you would like to exchange (include the warranty if purchased). If you are past 30-days, the option for an exchange will not be available. Once the item(s) have been selected you will automatically see the item(s) amount deducted from your cart in the checkout process.
Shop & Select any item(s) you would like to purchase in exchange for your current merchandise. Your new purchase must be of equal or greater value (pre-tax and warranty). If you do not select items of equal of greater value then your checkout will not process.
Carefully pack and ship your items you would like to exchange by visiting your local FedEx. Ask for a return envelope or box and use your pre-paid shipping label (if you chose the shipping option and are out of our service area). If you are local simply visit your closest Prestigio Jewelers location for assistance.
Your exchange will be processed once we receive your item(s) back. Once your item(s) are received via mail or in-store, Prestigio Jewelers will mail your new merchandise out or you can choose to have it picked-up in store (if you are local). All documentation will be shown in your account.
Prestigio Jewelers has a No Return, No Cash Refund Policy. However, we will allow you 30 days to do an even exchange, as long as the merchandise is in new condition and has not been worked on by any jeweler outside of Prestigio Jewelers. (see additional info below)
